In 2014 the first business skills for artists series was held with support from JAM, an artist reuse center and Exposure, a gallery and artist studio space. This series has been offered once or twice each year. The content was continually refined to meet the needs of artists. The ASN, Artist Support Network met monthly for several years offering a place to gather, share information and gain business knowledge.
Current programing is a Speakers Series focused on visual artists with business information from experienced professionals. These sessions are held the 3 rd Tuesday of each month from 6:30 to 8:30 at Rehfeld’s Underground, 431 N. Phillips Ave. Sioux Falls SD, lower level. There is an elevator at the front of the building. This Series is made possible through a grant from the Sioux Falls Community Foundation.
